high school love....

I was a salutatorian when I was first year high school. For 4 years I was a member of “Tanghalang Assumption”, our Performing Arts Club in high school. I was also a volleyball player. I graduated as “Performer of the Year”. I just had one big crush when I was in high school. His name was Neal Ashley Velasquez, the “crush ng bayan”. Neal was tall, has a pointed nose and a kissable lips. We were both volleyball players. Neal and I didn’t become close during our high school though he was my crush. Neal and I just had a conversation before high school graduation.

During high school, I was fond of telebabad, no celfones yet at that time. I would be scolded by my parents for being in the telephone for so long. I had so many phonepals then. I’ve experience telebabad till my phonepal and I fell asleep. I would be scolded because even in early am there will still be a phone call for me.There were times my parents would listen to our conversation.
During my vacation in Pandacan, a family reunion was held. My cousins and I left for awhile. When we came back my father scolded me because Mit Pempengco has called me. My father wondered why such a guy called me in Manila if live in Pampanga. While being scolded, Mit felt there was something wrong. That was the last time I have talked to Mit.

I couldn’t also forget Joecel Quinto. We were just phonepals then, but we became close. We would go out. He would visit me to our house and he would invite me to their house. But he left the country.
